Hello,
My name is Roscoe and I am in the military. I am stationed in Kings Bay, Ga for the time being. I have been in the process of losing some weight. It all started 10 weeks ago when I weighed in for the courtesy check for our Physical Health assessment. I started off at 198 and weighed myself this morning before PT and I was 185. So I think that 13lbs in 10 weeks is pretty good. I am now looking into daily multi-vitamins and supplements to use in conjunction with my work out. My workouts have consited of Mondays=weights Tuesday= Circuits 2,4,6 laps with push up and sit ups in between on the Wednesdays Cardio Kick Boxing, Thursday 1.5 mile and Fridays Abs or 5k. My goal is to reach 150. I am well on my way to reach my goal.

Thanks!

Congrats on your weight loss.

I'm not sure what you're looking for in terms of supplements. There's nothign you can take that will aid weight loss. I happen to think that a general multi-vitamin is always a good idea, and if you're not getting enough healthy fats, a couple of fish-oil capsules are a good idea. Other than that, there's not much that you need that you can't get from healthy eating.

Thanks for the reply. I am definitely going to start taking a daily MV. I was looking into things that will boost my Thermogenic in the morning and maybe something like Hoodia to control appetite. I don't know if I will I am going to start taking my MV tomorrow and see how things go for the next month and do more research on what I want to do.

There's no such thing. :) If there were, seriously, don't you think it would be big news and every overweight person in the world woudl be taking it?

and maybe something like Hoodia to control appetite.
Really not a good idea. :) Stick with healthy eating and exercise.

It's all about calories in vs calories out. Don't get wrapped up in the hype of other things. If your focus is weight loss, then focus on your diet. You got exercise is all wrapped up for you I think.

agreed with the less in and more out comment. I am getting excited about things and just looking for information and asking for advice. thanks!
