Well just wanted to say hello to everyone. I'm a married mother of 4 kids (2,3,7, and 12) that seriously needs to lose weight. I stand at 5'9 and started off weighing 293 about a month ago. Since starting to exercise and and cutting back on what I ate I've lost 13 lbs. I also do 30 minutes on my elliptical trainer early in the morning and 50 crunches before bed. I'm very new to this and hope I'm doing this right. I'd love to get any feedback on my current exercise regiment. Thanks everyone!
