Hello Everyone!

Hello everyone, My name is Scott. I am 29 years. I have been struggling with my weight all my life. As a kid my parents tried to get me eat healthy but I rarely ever did. I had a bad habit of sneaking food. I really started pack on the pounds after high school, I would always be eat really bad food. At my biggest I was just a little of 400lbs. but I have been trying hard these past couple years and I am currently about 305. I am back in the gym and eating better. I would love to lose at least 50-60 more lbs before my birthday in march, but we will see. To help me eat better I am taking a nutrition class this term at my college and I am learning alot. See everyone around the forums!

Congrats on already dropping nearly 100lbs!! you have obviously changed your lifestyle for the better!! Keep up the good work and Im sure you'll lose the 50-60lbs you want to by March!!

Thanks, I could not think of a suername and had just watched a episode of smurf so so that was the forst to come to mind.

It is great you are taking a nutrition class. That will help allot. It is great your weight loss up to this point. It is only going to get better! The slower the better and good luck. Tina:hurray:
 
I am learning so much in my nutrition class. Its pretty much a science class. Its very helpful in my daily life. I have learned a lot about proper foods to eat. What to avoid, etc...
