Hello everyone!

A little about myself...I'm 30 years old, married and have 2 small children. My youngest is 9 months old. I am excited to say I've lost 60 pounds since I had her. I am on weight watchers and have started lifting weights and jogging. My goals are to lose another 20 pounds and complete a half marathon. I have a long way to go but I'm excited to look back and see what I've accomplished.

I'm also new. I have some concern here. I have snoring problems. Is there practical advise you can give me?
