I am new to this forum and I hope to share my weight management tips with everyone and also learn from everyone!

A little more about myself. I believe in good health and seek ever to find ways to improve my health and wellness. I have certificates in weight management as well as enzyme therapy, and regularly share my knowledge on related health issues with family and friends.
 
Hey there!

I just wanted to thank you for the great advice you left in my diary. :) I've been trying new exercise regimes until I find the one I know I can stick with. I wouldn't mind building a little muscle, but most of all just want to be toned/fit/healthy.

Anyway, I'll post more about what I'm doing and I hope to see future comments/critiques from you on my page. Thanks again, and welcome to the board!!
