hi im new and just wanted to say hello and tell you abit about myself. im female in my 20s, i decided it was about time i sorted out my weight as it was making me miserable. i weighed 224lbs im now down to 204lbs and still have along way to go, so i thought id join this forum to keep up my motivation and hopefully learn a few things along they way. my long term goal is to get down to 145lbs but that seems so far away that im going to break it up into smaller sections and set smaller goals that dont sound as big of a gap. so at the moment im working towards getting down to 180lbs. i used to be a right coach potato before and you would never see me do any kind of exercise that didnt involve lifting my hand up to put something in my mouth lol. im now playing squash 4 times a week and i walk around 3 miles twice a week (i no thats not alot but ever little helps i say lol) anyways ive probably bored you all to sleep by now. if you did manage to get to the end of reading all this then u must have alot of willpower haha. anyways if anybody has any advice they could give me of any kind then that would be great .....right im off to read these stickys i keep hearing all about thanks everyone.
