Hi! So I have been on the diet kick for a short time now and have already lost about 20-30 lbs. I want to at least lose about 40-50 more lbs. My doctor has recently put me on a prescription diet pill to curb my appetite to help reduce my calorie intake. I have found that a low carb, high protein diet is very effective. I would really like to seek advice on maybe how to tone up and drop the lbs.
