I'm new to this, and trying to lose weight. As of now I weigh 228lbs trying to get to 150. So, if anyone have any advice for me, I really appreciate it.:waving:
 
start reading the stickied threads thru out the forum -especially in on topic, exercise, and nutrition - it will help you put together a plan you can stick with for the rest of your life..
