Heya, I have now decided for myself that I want to lose weight and im ready to do it! I live in Sweden and go to school monday-friday and eat the school food. I play allot of computer games and such and party sometimes to. But I know I can cut down on my time infront of the computer and do something else.

My weight is 85 kilos if i calculated it right it should be 187 lbs, my height is 177 centimeters and im not really sure but it should be 5.8 feet.
I'm thankfull for all the help I can get:)

Hey, you're the same weight I was when I started! (Course, you have about 4 inches on me, so you're entitled to it... :p)

oh >.< makes sense now when I read it^^

I have a question and it's about diffrent kinds of food. Like I know that potatoas are allright to eat but i haven't heard anything about pasta, so is pasta bad or can I eat it and still lose weight or should I try and avoid it?
 
Really, you can eat anything you want to eat. As long as you consume fewer calories than you burn, you'll lose weight. Assuming (based on your height & weight) that your maintenance calories are about 2,200, you could eat 1,800 calories a day of butter, or sugar, or potatoes, or pasta, or boneless skinless chicken breast, or spinach, and you'd still lose weight. None of those are so good for your overall nutrition, but you'd lose weight.
