Hey marquis a quick question if I may.

Whats your recommended amount of cardio exercise (hours or minutes) an adult male should do each day to lose weight?

When I begin my weight loss program tonight I'm going back to doing an hour on my stationary bike but if you think more is required please let me know.

Hello Crunk

For an adult male riding a stationary for an hour is very good. Make sure to start drinking at least 8 oz of water every hour in half throughout the day. I’m not sure how your joints are feeling but if you’re able start “wogging” at a very slow pace of around a mile per day it has the same benefits of running which is a great cardio and burns lots of toxic fat.

Let me know if I can assist you any other way and good luck :)

I just started working out this week and I've been doing 45 minutes of Spinning everyday. I'm considering also incorporating weight training into my routine but I'm not sure if I should or if maybe I should wait and just do the Spining for a while. What do you think? (Female / 24 years old / 154 lbs.)

As you know you don’t have much weight to lose. You have toxic fat which is extremely easy to take off with the proper technology as well as keeping the physique you are looking for and gaining some lean muscle. I’ll talk about your workout in just a moment because there is not too much to change. Right now I want to focus on your nutrition because this is the most important element to achieve success and permanence.

Let’s take a look at what goes into your body. We have preservatives, insecticides, and pesticides. On average in this country there are 72 insecticides and pesticides going on our fruit and vegetables. They are part of our food chain. We are ingesting them regularly. What do you think that’s doing to your insides?

Think about the water that we are exposed to. Our drinking water is polluted with heavy metals, parasites, and bacteria. You may drink filtered water but, you may not bathe in filtered water. Skin is the largest organ of the body and very porous. It absorbs toxins right through the pours and then they circulate to your vascular system through your lymph nodes where they are finally deposited to your vital organs.

Think about the air that you breathe. Just think about walking outside and breathing the air. Think about all of the hydro carbons we are taking into our system. Hydro carbons are from anything that burns; Car fumes, truck fumes, BBQ grills, cigarette smoke.

Think about our meats. We use hormone injections, steroid injections, and factory farming. We want the animals to put on more beef, to produce more milk. The animals get sick-we just give them antibiotics. And then we give them some more. Last year this country used 20 million pounds of antibiotics on the animals that we eat. These animals since have been developing some weird infections; Para- Tuberculosis as well as Mycobacterium which is just a nasty disease.

And forget fish. The fish in all of our lakes have been contaminated with high levels of mercury. Mercury causes all kinds of problems in the body.

Let’s take a quick look at our soils in this country. So many of our soil bases across the country have been over- farmed, and the soil Is not getting replete with all of the good nutrients and microbes. So what’s happening to our foods? Well our foods are becoming nutritionally bankrupt. This in turn means that you are nutritionally bankrupt. Our food also needs to be fortified. Ever notice when you go to the grocery store how everything is fortified? The foods are dead. You have to give them nutrition nowadays. When fruits and vegetable grow from soil that is nutritionally depleted, they only have 40% of their nutrient value of the 1940’s when the grounds were replete with all of the good nutrients.

Think about what happens to our immune system-what happens to our body when we don’t get the good nutrients? Now add this to the toxins I mentioned earlier.
What do chemicals and toxins have to do with gaining weight? Did you know that when toxins enter our body, our body’s natural mechanism is to produce fat cells? That’s a protection mechanism our body goes through.

I would suggest to you a cellular cleansing technology that I have been having my clients and trainer’s use with phenomenal results. They are releasing weight in the places they need to and at the same time adding lean muscle. This cleansing technology focuses on replenishing the body with nutrients where the body reverses from being in protection mode. Take a look at my website.

As for your exercise I would suggest maybe adding on a light jog.-very light almost over-exaggerated walk. Jogging is a good muscle- toner and this will keep the type of muscles you want to keep

Let me know if I can help you further. If you are interested in the cleansing system it’s one of the most incredible technologies I’ve ever seen.

Good Luck :)

Hello

I just started working out this week and I've been doing 45 minutes of Spinning everyday. I'm considering also incorporating weight training into my routine but I'm not sure if I should or if maybe I should wait and just do the Spining for a while. What do you think? I think you should wait to build up a routine first. Spinning 45 minutes everyday is great! Stay at this routine for about 21 days. That way you know you have created a habit. Make sure you do it consecutive if possible. Once you have the spinning on auto pilot, you can then move toward resistant weights.

Hope this helps and feel free to ask about a good program when we cross that bridge in a few weeks. :)

Thank you very much for the advice, I'll do just that. :)
