Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I've got _alot_ of weight to lose, about 150 pounds. I've tried just about every diet you can think of, and it has finally hit me that dieting fails - this is a life style change.

So, I've decided to do the obvious thing: eat less, exercise more. Eat 3 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit a day. Stick to whole wheat multi-grain bread. Eat chicken. Simple stuff...that for some reason, has never come to my attention all these years.

I've always been fat. I can't remember a time when I was not. So this is a new beginning. Looks like a great community here, I'm happy I found it!
