I'm new and thought this forum may help with some motivation.

I'm in my early twenties and gained forty pounds in the last year. I went from 115 and a size 3 to 155 and a size 11. I have already lost 15 pounds, but i still have 25 more pounds to go.

So far the first 15 have been fairly easy to lose, but I know that's only because i became so heavy.

I work out daily, run 5 miles a day, and I eat about 800-1200 calories a day.

I have to loose like...8 or 9 times what you do...but loosing weight is loosing weight! I wish you the best of luck.
