Hello Everyone!

Hi I am new to this forum, I was on another fitness one but I didn't like it so I am looking foward to any and all advice I get from here. Basically I am a college student looking to continue an active lifestyle. As a cheerleader I take pride in my body and work out daily. I also have a current goal of becoming a professional NFL cheerleader next year so I am toning up.

Current Weight: 120
Goal Weight 107
Height: 5'2
Body Fat: unknown.

Current routine:
Cardio: 30min 3x/week
Weight Training: none
