Hello everyone, I’m new here! My name is Abi and I’m 21 years old, I live in San Antonio Texas and I have been overweight since I was born. As usual when I was a little girls everyone was “oh how cute chubby, little girl”, you know, but know is like “you need to loose some weight”. As you can imagine I’m trying to change my life by loosing some weight, and well I’m here to feel comfortable with people with the same goals of loosing some weight! Hey it’s a new year, and the best thing I can do is loose some weight. I have started to walk here at home; I have a Trimline Walker and a Lateral Thigh Strider Machine. I know that may not be enough to loose some weight, but I’m starting with that since I really don’t know where to start.

Well I hope to find some friends and some advice if anyone wants to give me, I will be very thankful if any of you do so.
 
hey! heres gonna be the most important tip you're ever going to hear. More than the calorie content of your food or how many strides you need to get in a minute.
Believe in two things.
Believe you can achieve what you set out to do.
Believe that when it comes down to it, people will let you down, they will tempt you with food and lack of excersize, they won't be as excited as you want them to be over your weight loss...but don't hold it against them.
those two things remember...the rest is easy. the minute you start doubting yourself, i want you to step back and think. ask yourself why. is it because of some outside influence? ya? then...pfft. what do they know anyway. you are you, and you know you best.
