Hi there!
well I am new here I am 29 and about a 150 llbs over weight I and just about
5 feet tall. I have been a a diet since aug 2006. I go for a 1 hr walk I try for atleast 3 times a week and I do auqafit once a week for an hour and now I
just started running abit and doing some cruches.. so far I lost about 23 llbs
I just hope I can keep it coming off

Congratulations on losing 23 pounds so far!! That is a GREAT start!

I absolutely swear by walking - when I started I was 102 pounds over weight and could do about 2 miles tops and it would take 40-45 minutes. Over time, distance and speed improves :)

You didn't mention your food plan, but if you're controling portions or counting calories, you might check out or they are both great free sites where you can track your calories. Very user friendly :D

You might think about creating your own journal in the diary section so we can get to know you on this journey of ours :)
