I have been reading this forum for the past month and it has really inspired me to get serious about my health and fitness!
I've never really had to worry about what I eat, but the last few years it has all been catching up with me! (I just turned 30
) I would like to lose around 25-30 pounds, so I'm going to start my own diary now...Wish me luck!
