:) hi everyone my name is CeCe Im so glad i found this website im pretty new at this but basically what im needing is some support and advice with weight loss issues. I have lost (close to)100lbs in the past year but its been about 2 months and ive been gaining a lot of it back im really scared i feel i have no control over my eating habits anymore any type of advice or motivation would help thank you so much for taking the time to read this!!:p

oh gosh:eek: don't ruine all your progress, come here and tell us your feelings 100lbs is amazing to have overcome, tell us how you did it, what are your triggers for wanting to eat, and how can we brainstorm to help you avoid them.:confused: don't fret you can keep it off and loose the ones you have gained, keep posting and keep on keepin on!!!:D
 
Welcome! Get a grip! You don't want to go backwards. Start a diary and keep posting your goals and progress. It will really help.

Thank you guys so much for replying! well its tken over a year but i have managed to loose 98lbs. The way I did is is portion control i started to eat what is consider a "normal" portion size (8oz of chicken=1 serving, 6oz beef=1 serving) and I incorporated a lot of fruits and vegetables into my diet and mad sured i got in 64oz of water or more a day. I felt like I was never going to be healthy again I am 5'1 and I weighted 250lbs and at this weight I was only 18 years old! It was very hard to overcome all my bad eating habits ( I'm talking McDonalds 6 times a week and snicker bars for breakfast!!) but I got tothe point that my size 22 stretch pants no longer fit I felt I was going down a path of destruction. I am going to admit I am an emotional eater even to this day whenever im havin a bad day all i want to do is stuff my face w/mint chocolate chip ice cream and im noticing more and more lately im actually giving in into that. Usually i would feel that way and grab an apple but now days ive been so stressed out i feel my only outlet is food. Its getting really bad to the point that I hide myself in the bathroom at home to eat cookies. Thats just sad. I am going through a lot of chances in my life and i just turned 21 years old and in the past month i managed to gain 15lbs. Well I hope im not boring you guys with all of this but if u have any advice for cravings i would greatly appreciate it. or even an outlet to let out stress. I recommend LUNA bars for a sweet tooth they are packed with protein and taste great, but they tend to be pricey sometimes. Thank you for takiing the time to read this!!!! :)
 
:eek: Hey! I just want to say you have done great and if you lost it once, you can do it again! I have 20, lbs. to go myself and I want to do it by Jan. 2007. I refuse not to believe in myself and you should not give up either. That's a heckof a lot weight you took off! Be proud of yourself!!
