Well this is how it all began i was 18 pregnant with my first child a tiny (thought was fat) 72kgs fast forward to today i am 35 120kgs depressed and ready to give up but this morning my husband woke up and said ok its time we both did something with our weight so here i am to get some advice how much or how little can we both eat to loose weight. My husband is a office worker so doesnt get any excercise he has back problems which prevents him from walking to much and me well i am lazy i think lol. I have a 2 year old that doesnt walk so i can pop him in the stroller but i am trying to figure out whats the best way to combine excercise diet seven children and housework. I guess what i am asking for his HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
