Well this is how it all began i was 18 pregnant with my first child a tiny (thought was fat) 72kgs fast forward to today i am 35 120kgs depressed and ready to give up but this morning my husband woke up and said ok its time we both did something with our weight so here i am to get some advice how much or how little can we both eat to loose weight. My husband is a office worker so doesnt get any excercise he has back problems which prevents him from walking to much and me well i am lazy i think lol. I have a 2 year old that doesnt walk so i can pop him in the stroller but i am trying to figure out whats the best way to combine excercise diet seven children and housework. I guess what i am asking for his HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Welcome to the boards Pamrene! This really is a helpful community, lots of members from all over the Globe (including Oz). You are both making the right decision, no better time to change for the better than the now! It is much easier when its a family thing. It means that you can start buying the right foods for both of you.

Yes that was my thoughts I was going to be now or never. When we got married we joined as one now we have 1 1/2 getting a bit big in the bed so if we can do this together then its going to be benifical i thought to start our day even if we went around the back yard 6 times then build it up to the point where we walking half hour a day has to be better than nothing any other thing we can do to interact work or play with excercise? We have six kids so i am even thinking playing outside with them involving them in our way to a better life
