I just joined today but have been dieting for awhile. I've tried atkins and weight watchers as well as counting calories and lowering fat but nothing seems to work. I eat pretty healthy, watch my portion sizes, eat no fat or low fat items, no chips or such, and only drink water and sometimes orange juice but i cant seem to loose weight. If you guys have any tips or suggestions that maybe would work better for me it would be appreciated. I had the best luck with weight watchers but its like after the first week i dont loose anymore. HELP!!!!

Welcome! It's good to have you. Browse around a bit and see what is working for others. Many here post what they've been eating, drinking and what kind of exercise they've been doing to lose weight. You will definitely get some good ideas. Start a diary here too. Sometimes you will realize that maybe your calorie or fat intake was more than you thought or that you're not drinking enough water or exercising enough.

We're here to support you! We're all in this for the same reason - to lose weight, to be more healthy and to look better.
