I just joined today but have been dieting for awhile. I've tried atkins and weight watchers as well as counting calories and lowering fat but nothing seems to work. I eat pretty healthy, watch my portion sizes, eat no fat or low fat items, no chips or such, and only drink water and sometimes orange juice but i cant seem to loose weight. If you guys have any tips or suggestions that maybe would work better for me it would be appreciated. I had the best luck with weight watchers but its like after the first week i dont loose anymore. HELP!!!!
