Just wanted to say a quick hello. I'm glad I found this place so that I can learn more about working out and getting into better shape. From what I've seen, everyone seems to be really helpful and supportive to everyone.
I'm 19, almost 20, 5' 10" and weigh about 185 and I'm guessing I'm around 20% body fat...I'm looking to lose some of the fat by working out and building the muscle to burn it. I used to work out quite a bit but I stopped a while ago. I'm back on a regimen now becuase I painfully experienced the "freshman 15" last year in college and still seeing the effects of it... I'm back working out about 5 times a week now, mostly with free weights to get back into better shape. I'm somewhat limited in the cardio area because I tore my ankle a couple of weeks ago and I can't put weight on it for a sustained amount of time. I'm hopeful that I can get the BF% down by the end of the semester though.
