Thought I would start here.

Some of you may know 'ToHeavy' and be following his diary. I'm the little fat girl in his first photo. (=

We've been working together to loose weight. To be honest he has more to loose then I do, but I'd like to be skinny again, too!

I don't know what else to say here. I'm 20 years old, 175lbs and 4' 8''. I work as a Cashier, so even on my busiest days at work, I don't get to move around much. I also spend a lot of time taking care of my rabbits and dogs, which is about the most exercise I get on a normal day. Me and Robbie have been trying to exercise a lot more lately, but honestly it's been a bit harder then I thought. It's cold and I don't have much motivation to go outside!

I try not to eat a lot, and I love my fresh fruits and veggies, but I do think I normally eat more then I should. I spend a lot of time on my computer at night when I'm at home, and often times I end up eating chips, or soup, or cereal. Anything quick and easy that I can eat while working.

My goal would be about 120 pounds. The last time I went to the doctor about mid-summer, she told me I was morbidly obese. I honestly never looked at myself as being THAT fat. And on top of that, I have high cholesterol. So here's to healthy eating!

We're also trying to be vegetarians, but my mother is making that hard. In fact, she just put a chicken in for dinner....

love you babe there is a ton of support here along with a lot of inspiring stories scope it out :)

Muah ;)

Cheers R.

Hello and welcome to the forum. This is really a very informative forum and I lose my weight by following this forum. Have a nice time here.

Welcome to the forum :)

You don't have to restrict your eating if your eating the right foods, When I started healthy eating I ate more than ever, I ate 4 times a day and each meal I ate until I was full and I lost 17Lb 3.6% body fat and over 8 inches in 25 days.

I'm just saying that to let you know that eating less isn't always the best option, it might lead to binging and stuff.

Keep us updated with your journey and good luck :)
