Hello, everyone! (who bothers to read the newbie board :p)

I'm Guardie, and I just joined. I'm kind of a newcomer to the fitness world, and I hope to develop a better lifestyle overall. My current one is crap, so I really need to make changes.
 
300+ have viewed it so far :) Most peoples lifestyles are "crap" :) 80% of our jobs are now in city centers and are mostly sedentary jobs. Fast food (laziness) is only partially to blame for the growing obesity rates.
