Hello everyone!
I'm 24 years old (5'4 - 144pounds). I've been married for 3 years and been vegetarian for 5 years. Since I was in high school I've maintain pretty much the same weight. Bouncing around 142-145. I've actually never had a problem with my weight or how I look until recently. I realize my greatest problem is that I tend to over eat, snack when I'm bored, and really not watch what I eat. I eat a lot of things high in carbs and sugars. I also drank a lot of soda. I stopped about 3 weeks ago now I only drink a lot of water and tea. What can I say I'm not the healthiest vegetarian. But I am fed up with feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. Changing my clothes a few times before leaving the house because I hate the way I look in them. Its not a lot I know but feeling healthier and feeling like I look better will make me happy and that's exactly what I want. I feel more motivated to eat better and exercise the pounds away. I am ready to do this. I've read some post from fellow members and those before and after stories are truly inspiring.
