Hello everyone!
I'm new to the boards --- if you didn't get that already by my post title.

I'm 24 years old from Canada ... and starting the uphill battle with the end goal of a total lifestyle change.

I'm looking forward to getting support from my fellow online-ers, and I hope to get to know a lot of you as we all work towards our better selves!

I'm very outgoing and open - so feel free to say Hi at anytime!

I know I'm new, but I think I need to say - Thanks for being there for me!

I'm not long into my lifestyle change. Getting there slowly but surely - the best way I guess!

Right, steeling myself for a jog now. Best get off the computer and on to the pavement!
