Hope you all are having a great day! I have never been apart of any sort of forum but I feel at this stage in my life I need all the support I can get and am willing to give as much as I can to others! I am 5'6 and weight 270lbs. I gained about 80 lbs in just one year by being careless! I am very disappointed in myself, however I know that I can turn that all around with hard work and dedication!! I would love to meet as many people as I can and hear your stories!
