Hi guys. My name is Lorraine, I'm the mother of an amzing little boy and although i would never be without him i sooo wish i had not put on so much weight throughout my pregnancy.

I came across this site and i LOVE all of your attitudes towards weight loss. You have all made me realise that i CAN do it!

I am currently 154lbs (11 stone) and want to get back down to 119 (8.5 stone). I loved the way i looked and felt before i got pregnant and now i hate myself.

Please help me and give me any advice you can. I have a wedding to go to in June and want to be down as close to my goal as poss.

I am starting my weightloss Monday 17th Jan!

Welcome, and you can totally do it! I think that that is a totally realistic goal. It's great that you are willing to change, and it never kills to do something for yourself. Count your calories, I heard it's always best to stay over 1200, and well.. EXERCISE! Gosh.. I wish I was 154lbs... lol. GOOD LUCK! :D
