I am a active running who took it up again 3 months ago after 18 months without working out reg. and it showed up in the scales. I have lost 35 pounds so far and joined a gym to help me get back into shape. I still have quite a ways to get back to where i was before but I am making progress. I am up to 30-35 miles a week now and aiming to do a half-marathon in April (my longest run so far is 10miles) I am looking for advice to help me get more fit without getting myself hurt
