Hello Everyone! New here with 100 lbs to lose!

Hello! I am 36 (almost 37, as of next week) and I'm a happily married mom of 5 kids. Over the years I have become twice the woman I used to be! My weight, as of New Year's day, was 250 pounds, which is exactly double what I weighed when I got married almost 20 years ago. So, I have a lot of work to do! I have lost 6 pounds since New Year's Day by eating low fat and exercising. I do a 2 mile walking workout every evening. I want to start working out each morning too but I haven't done that yet. I'm looking forward to the process.

I have been kind of lurking on this site, reading and looking at before/after/ and in between photos. This forum is very motivating! I will be coming back and hopefully become an active poster. I am a full time college student, so I may not have time to post much but I hope to!
