Hi! My name is Holley. I work in Accounting. Ive been struggling with my weight for about 3 years now (came with the marrraige). Here is my issue...Im a light eater...i like healthy food....I may eat a fruit slushy for breakfast, salad for lunch, and steamed veggies for dinner. sounds like the perfect meal plan....but I havent lost a pound. I eat bad on the weekends of course...but I think my problem is that Im not getting enough caloroies....i never have, thats just how I eat. Any advice on how to increase the calories i get in a day, without gaining? or if I even should? Im tired of eating so healthy and being chubby. Im 156, which I realize isnt THAT bad for 5'3'....but my husband is fit and Id really like to look good next to him.
