Hello Everyone From the Caribbean

Hi everyone, great to be part of a fitness forum. I have been active all of my life through sports and working out. Most recently I do HIIT (high intensity interval training) without any weights. My workouts usually last anywhere from 40 to 60 minutes. I believe that physical activity should be a lifestyle and not just something you do.
 
Hey platinum, welcome to the forum! Do you have any goals in mind when you think about why you're working out? Health, muscle gain, weight loss?
