I'm from the east, and im 16 years old. I'm trying to lose my weight and im willing to do whatever it takes, i just need to control my food.
M current weight is 305lb :S, and my goal is to reach 185 lb. Which takes a whole lot of work!
I need some guidance for exercises since im not so good at that, i just need guidance!
