I stumbled upon this site; and it looks great!!...tons of information and lots of nice people....I hope to be able to spend some more time looking around soon; I'm enjoying working on my health and fitness and have tons of questions....it is so inspirational reading about so many dedicated folks having a great time ..... makes me want to work harder and lose the excuses, LOL
