Hi, my name's Tom. I'm a 17 year old student and I want to get serious about my fitness and my work out routine. I'm an athletic person and I have been involved in many sports so I'm decently fit already but I want to get bigger and I want to consistently work out on a regular basis.
I already have a membership to a good gym so I guess that's a good start but I want to regularly go and train and hopefully after a while see some good results. I'm young, eager to learn and incredibly interested in working out and I want to contribute and most importantly learn as much as I can from this great forum.
