We are happy to support you - as and when you choose to discuss your own weight control experiences.
In the meantime - if adding things that you think could be useful (as you have been doing) it would be great if you post pubmed research which backs up your statements or other expert confirmation (eg Mayo Clinic, NHS, webMD, CDC, Harvard etc).
Without such references - these postings are little more than opinions and ramblings of another forum member and really add little value.
If you cannot do that - at least tell us about your personal experiences and how they backed up each pearl of wisdom.
While empty statements are clearly adequate on the forum that you are copying them from - we look for greater credibility here. I am sure that you will have checked up on things and not taken them at face value before passing them on - and we would really like to hear about that.
