I've been trying for years to get fitter, but I'm a HUGE procrastinator with exercising.
I've finally come to the US for college and being a college student has really helped me lose weight naturally just by eating the right foods!

I'm not exactly sure if this will sound dumb, but I wanted to ask if it's normal for your ribs to start sticking out?
I've always had a pretty curvy body, but tonight while getting dressed for bed I looked in the mirror and stood staring for a while turning this way and that since I've never had them stick out so prominently before!

Any comments/advice that will have me worrying a little bit less?
 
I guess if you had a bit of a gut before you wouldn't notice them so much.

I think it's normal for ribs to stick out especially when you are lean, but don't try to lose too much weight and or lose too much fat, if you are a female, you need at least 10% body fat. Take care.
