Hello Everybody

Hello everybody, I hope you are all well. This is my first attempt at using a weight loss forum, but I can only imagine the support will be good. I am a 21 year old student with a rather stereotypical lazy life style...too many take aways and not enough exercise. But I am hoping to change all this, I have even bought myself a new bike for some help and encouragement. I have always been good at starting diets and initially losing weight, but as soon as I start becoming happier with my figure I tend to relax and fall into bad habits and eventually find myself in the end back where I started. This time I am determined to keep my enthusiasm as when I am slimmer my self esteem is much higher.

Welcome Vicki,
You took the words right out of my mouth, I have been chatting about that to my friend today as I feel myself slipping, what best advice could you give me today? I feel my enthusiasm has gone, it was much easier when I started, do you think it will come back? If you was in my shoes now and from your past experience and your posting today what measures would you use to stay on the track to your goal?

may i ask what your goals are?! just my curiousity :3
the forum is great... i have managed to lose 10 pounds rather quickly just know that there are people here cheering me on =P
