Hello everybody, I hope you are all well. This is my first attempt at using a weight loss forum, but I can only imagine the support will be good. I am a 21 year old student with a rather stereotypical lazy life style...too many take aways and not enough exercise. But I am hoping to change all this, I have even bought myself a new bike for some help and encouragement. I have always been good at starting diets and initially losing weight, but as soon as I start becoming happier with my figure I tend to relax and fall into bad habits and eventually find myself in the end back where I started. This time I am determined to keep my enthusiasm as when I am slimmer my self esteem is much higher.
