Hi!

Let me start of by letting you know a little bit about myself. My name is Shila(prounced ike Sheila). I am 26 years old, mother to a 4 year old little boy. I am currently also a Substitute teacher for grades Pre-K through 12th grade!

Alright, I weigh 118 pounds, but I stand at only 4 Feet, 10 inches! I've never actually been "thin" i always had some fat on my lower belly, always! I have never been able to get rid of it. I used to way 95 pounds before my son. Which is where I want to be again ... but with no belly fat! Is that even possible???

I am not going to lie, because I want all the help I can get. I do not eat healthy at all! I wouldnt say that I eat alot, but yes, just very unhealthy things, fast food ... candy, soda ... ect.

I have tried diets ... exercising & whatever else, but I am never able to stick to it! I try it for a week ... then I quit right away ... I need some MOTIVATION! That is why I have joined this wonderful forum ... in hopes that you all can help me meet my goal!



I want to start off by cutting off sodas, candy & other junk food. Do you all think that will help? or at least get me started?

Any help would be appreciated!

Taking it in steps is the best way to go about it.

Cutting those thigns out of your diet will help tremendously. Also start writing down every thing you eat. Keep track of it and your weight and then you can see how many calories to cut to get where you want to be.
