A few starting facts, im 21 years of age, im 6'6" and 312 pounds. Back in Highschool i was only a few inches shorter but was 214 pounds before weightlifting for football. Over the next year i jumped to about 290 and through college gained the rest. Im one of those typical stories about being hyped up and motivated for the first month or so, but after that have a hard time continuing what im doing. After reading these forums for the past few days i decided it was well worth a try to see as other people are progressing that i should try harder then i had before. Weightlifting was never the problem, but Cardio and Dieting have always been my downfall. I hope to get to know people on here and eventually share our success stories with others. I'll be around for a while now and pics will be coming up soon. This seems like a great place full of very supporting people!
