hi friends,

My name is Min Lee Alexander Cambridge and i reside at florida,US.
I joined this weight loss fitness forum just to improve my body in terms of shape and looks.
I do not have huge amount of weight but i want to look good like a model and i have prepared my goal to lose monthly 2 pounds. :biggrinjester:

Sounds like you got a good plan, its better to lose slow then to lose fast.
