Hello, I'm Julie. I'm 18(19 in a few weeks) and i'v just had my gorgeous little boy Charlie 7 weeks ago! A couple if years ago i went from 229lbs to around 180ish and stayed that way until a couple months before i got pregnant when i put on around 10-15lbs. My current weight is 196lbs which is near enough what i was post-pregnancy. I'm looking to get down to around 140lbs, any more is a bonus! I'm going to start my low calorie, low carb diet on monday as i seem more motivated at the beginning of the week. I'm always on diets but always seem to fall off the wagon after a couple of weeks usually after a boozy weekend but i rarely drink on a weekend now because looking after my little boy and hangovers don't go together very nicely!!! i'm really focused and determined to get rid of this weight this time round, and hoping the extra support from this forum will give me the kick up the bottom i need:D
