Hello every one

I come from a different forum and work out allot of the time (I'm in down time right now because I torn muscles in my back). I have looked around this forum and had to become a member because I have seen some of the most dramatic changes a person can make done here. I would like to say good job to all of you that have made it and keep it up to all of you that are still fighting the good fight(it's totally worth it).
I hope I can help people that need some help and maybe I will learn some new stuff that I can share with the people on my other forum.
 
It's a great forum with a lot of positive people. I haven't been a member long, but I've enjoyed reading and learning here. As far as other forums, I'm a moderator a large mustang forum (Threads: 191,184, Posts: 2,854,868, Members: 18,028, Active Members: 4,526) , but that doesn't really have anything to do with fitness forums :) This is the only "work out" forum I am a member of.
