Hey everyone, I'm Amanda and I'm new here. I just thought I should post here so that people know who I am so it will be harder for me to find a reason to stop coming here
I have a bad history of giving up on things, expecially when it comes to losing weight. I just love food SOOO much. I think it's time though. I'm in 4th year of my undergrad, and I've gained about 30lbs since I was in highschool. I really would like to lose this weight and get back into my old jeans!
Does anyone have any suggestions/tips on how to stay goal oriented and on track?
