Hello!!...and HELP!!!

Hello all...been reading on here for a while and finally signed up...so much info ...so hard to apply bits and pieces to specific goal ...I NEED your help...

Here is the deal...I'm 6'5...330lbs...bulking diet gone terribly wrong...

2 years ago weighted 220lbs and was close to single digit BF...

2 years before that i was in the 300lb range...living happily before the fitness bug hit...so here i sit...knowin what I had done...knowing how it felt to be fit...havin a hard time dealin with it all ...energy is all gone...

Sorry for such a heavy first post but this place seems like the place to lay it all out...Thanks for reading...

Been reading for days and gettin even more confused.

Could someone link me in the rite direction to gettin started in weightloss and NOT lose too much mass...you see the first time I lost alot of weight i did it by runnin 2-3 hours a nite...consumed most of my musclemass in the process...
Also lookin for info on the advantages to bodybuilding while in the 300lb range...guys used to say it would be easier to build mass as a large man...
