So, how was everyone's week? Mine was ok, had a few hard days thrown into the mix but came out pretty ok. Its been about a week since I restarted my healthy way again, I feel better, not tired or stressed to much. Plannig is key, not knowing what to eat then you are hungry not knowing then you eat and ralize OMG what did I just do?!?! so that is what I am concentrating on..planning.
What are your plans for the weekend? I really do not have much, just to stay on track. Weeknds are the hardest for me..no work no plan so ther goes my heatlthy way.
