Hi all,
I live in North Texas. I am a male, 60 years old, 6'1", 220 lbs.
I want to loose 30 pounds by the first of April. I have a plan.
A little about me. After 3 years of intensive weekly training, several times a week...I earned my blackbelt in Taekwondo in December of 2012.
At the time I weighed 189 lbs. As you can imagine, I was in the best shape of my life.
Then I had a double hernia surgery. Then I injured my shoulder and back building a koi pond.
So, I got out of the habit of going to Taekwondo...it kind of fell by the wayside. I really want to get back into shape and get back into Taekwondo. But, over the last couple of years I've put on about 30 lbs.
I lost 40 lbs along the way to blackbelt...not just from Taekwondo though. My plan then was to cut out all sugar...except found in natural fruit. No dairy. Nothing fried. The weight dropped quickly and I felt great.
That is harder to do than one might think. But...that is my plan to go completely sugarless again.
I guess I am here for support and to learn all I can from those who have already succeeded. And to help others along the weigh where I can.
