Hello All!

GeeDubayou here. Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I'm a 27 year guy from Halifax, Nova Scotia. I'm ex Canadian Navy and now full time employed at an airport safeguarding the friendly skies of threats to aviation (LOL).
Anyway, I've finally realized that I'm not in as great of shape as I was in high school/college and I want to get back into shape and possibly build some mass and definition.
I found this site earlier today and joined so I can learn as much as I can to help me get into shape.
 
Hey and welcome to both of you. Have either of you taken a look around the forum yet? There is a lot of good information, especially in the sticky posts at the top of each forum section. My suggestion would be to do some reading, then come back and post a plan in the training journal section. From that, you can get some advice/critiques.
