Hello All,

I have joined from today, i am 38 years old, have 2 kids. I weigh 130 lbs with 5.1 feet height. I wan tto lose at least 5-10 lbs. I have started doing HIIT for 30 mins every 4 days a week. Can you please let me know if i am doing it right?
