Hello all.

Hey all, I'm trying to gain fitness, strength and weight for hockey.

I'm 5'10ish and was about 160lbs at the end of last year, but really started training properly 2/3 weeks ago, and was 165lbs at that point. Been working hard on cardio, and weight training 3 days a week. Eating non-stop! Up to about 170lbs now, my fitness is getting way better too, so it's all going well! Amazed at how well it's going now, gutted I didn't work this hard since the end of last year.
