Hello all

Hi guys, i'm Train2Gain.

I'm from England and i am 17; i've been actively doing sport since i was four or five - rugby, football, cricket, hockey, swimming, running, squash etc. I also started weight training when i was 15/16 doing it on and off, ever since i was 17 (6 months ago) i've got in to it more seriously to gain mass and strength for rugby and cricket. Wanted to join a forum to get tips, a wider knowledge etc as this is something that i'm interested in (fitness in general).

Hope to get to know you guys and learn from you :D

PS. I am 5'10 and weigh about 145 lbs
